Gift Cards & Discount Codes

ZIDO wants to ensure that our customers get the most out of their discount codes and gift cards. Below you will find our guidelines, which have been created to provide a clear and concise experience. We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions continuously, so we recommend that you regularly check this page for updates.

Gift Cards

How to purchase a gift card:
You can purchase a gift card at any time on our "accessories" page or by clicking here.

1. Usage

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive a unique code via email.

The code can only be used once, and the full value of the gift card will be made available on the profile where it is redeemed.

Any remaining balance after a purchase will remain on the gift card and can be used for future purchases. You can easily check the balance by logging into your profile.

Gift cards can be used for all items in our webshop, unless otherwise specified.

2. Validity

ZIDO gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Remember to use your gift card before the expiry date, as any unused balance unfortunately cannot be refunded or reactivated afterwards.

The gift card is personal and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared without prior written permission from ZIDO.

3. Refund and Lost Gift Card

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. We recommend that you keep the email with the code in a safe place.

Upon return of items purchased with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the gift card and will not be paid out in cash.

 

Discount Codes

1. Validity

Each discount code has a specific validity period, which is stated in the campaign or email where the code was issued. This validity period can be viewed at any time by logging into your profile. Discount codes cannot be used after their expiry date.

2. Terms of Use

Discount codes are only valid for the specific items, categories, or amounts stated in the campaign.

Only one discount code can be used per order, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounted items, unless specifically stated.

3. Non-transferable

Discount codes are personal and may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred without prior permission from ZIDO.

4. Misuse

If a discount code is misused or used in violation of its terms (e.g., sharing a personal code without permission), ZIDO reserves the right to cancel the order.
