Order & Delivery

At ZIDO, we strive to make your shopping experience as easy and fast as possible. When you place an order, we immediately begin processing it so you can receive your items as quickly as possible.

Processing your order

If you order before 1:00 PM, we will process your order and send it out the same day.

If you order after 1:00 PM, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

As soon as your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number at the email address you provided during the order placement.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please feel free to contact us by clicking here.

 

Shipping and delivery

We only deliver to Denmark and collaborate with DAO and GLS. You can choose from the following delivery methods:

Delivery to parcel shop (DAO or GLS): you can pick up your package at a parcel shop near you.

Home delivery (GLS): your package will be delivered directly to your address.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the chosen delivery method.

We offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 650 to the nearest parcel shop.

 

Delivery time

Typically 1-3 business days, depending on the shipping company's capacity and your location.

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, such as Black Friday or the Christmas season.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on purchases over DKK 650 to the nearest parcel shop.

If your order is below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.

Once your package has been dispatched, you can track its journey via the tracking number in your email. If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping company first, as they will have the most up-to-date information about your package.

 

Returns & Complaints

At ZIDO, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you have 14 days full right of return from the day you receive your order.

Before returning an item, please note the following:

To ensure you receive the full refund, it is important that both shoes, packaging, and any accompanying gifts are returned in the same condition as they were received. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the full amount if:

1. The shoes do not appear as new. They must not be used, dirty, or show visible signs of wear.

2. The shoe box and other packaging are damaged. These are part of the product and must be returned in the same condition. Ensure it is securely packed.

3. The accompanying gift is not returned. If your order included a gift, it must also be returned.

4. The 14-day return period has been exceeded. We can only accept returns within this timeframe.

5. The items have been exposed to smoke odor, perfume, or similar. We cannot accept returns of items that have absorbed odors.

6. The items do not match what we sent. We only accept returns of the original items that were sent to you.

How to return an item:

  1. Pack the item securely: It is important that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. We do not assume responsibility for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping from you to our warehouse, as this is beyond our control.
  2. Choose a shipping solution: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can choose your preferred carrier (DAO, GLS, PostNord, etc.).
  3. Send the package to our return address, which can be seen below:

4) Save your receipt: When you send your package back, we recommend saving your receipt and tracking number so you can document the shipment.

5) Refund: once we have received and processed your returned package, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different size or model, we recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order.

 

Complaints

If you have received a defective item, or if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. This can be done by clicking here, or by navigating to the "Contact Us" page.

Send us an email at info@zido.dk with your order number, a description of the problem, and attach pictures of the product.

We will assess the case and get back to you with a solution - either a refund, a new item, or other compensation.

We cover the costs of return shipping in case of a complaint.
