1. Introduction

Zido.dk is owned and operated by Leveragi ApS (Leveragi ApS, Thorsvang 6, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark. CVR: 44737086). Below you will find our terms and conditions, which contain detailed information about your rights and obligations, as well as the terms that apply when purchasing from us. These terms are designed in accordance with applicable Danish law to protect both the consumer and the company.

Zido.dk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. We therefore recommend that you stay updated by reviewing the terms regularly, as the terms applicable at the time of purchase will always be the terms valid for your order.

2. Prices

At Zido.dk, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

Please note that discounts, promotional offers, and special prices are only valid during the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers.

3. Payment

Zido.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort / VISA / Mastercard / MobilePay. Zido.dk cooperates with PensoPay A/S as a payment gateway. You can read more about PensoPay by clicking here.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

The agreement becomes legally binding when you click the "Buy" button and receive the order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders generated by automated programs or third-party services.

You agree to receive invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.

Gift cards can be redeemed during payment. In such cases, the conditions associated with the gift card apply. These conditions can be read here.

4. Reservation of Amount

When using a payment card, both debit and credit, an amount equal to the purchase will be reserved. This amount remains reserved until the webshop has processed and dispatched your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.

5. Debit Card Authorization

For debit cards, you will see that the money is reserved on your account and your available balance will appear reduced. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will remain active for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.

6. Credit Card Authorization

The money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.

7. Protection of Your Data

Zido.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.

Zido.dk's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

8. Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day right of return is granted for items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Important: The customer covers ALL return expenses if an order contains the same item in three different sizes or two different colors. This is for environmental reasons. We therefore recommend that you always thoroughly check our size guide before ordering to minimize the risk of incorrect orders. You can find Zido’s size guide here.

Notification of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@zido.dk . The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives.

9. Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and function. This means that you may try on the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of depreciated value. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Zido.dk to assess the condition of the item.

When returning items, it is a requirement that the product is returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact and without signs of damage or wear, and any labels and accessories that came with the item must also be included. Original packaging is an important part of the product's overall value, and missing or damaged packaging may result in a reduction in the amount refunded. To ensure a smooth process and the best possible refund, it is recommended to handle the product and packaging with care until you are sure you wish to keep the item.

10. Right to Complain

A 2-year right to complain is granted for products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Zido.dk within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain lapses with incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Zido.dk covers return costs to a reasonable extent

Complaints will not be accepted if sent cash on delivery.

12. Complaint Options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for complaining that the item or service you wish to complain about cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The monetary limits may be changed. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.
