Return Policy


1. Introduction

Zido.dk is owned and operated by Leveragi ApS (Leveragi ApS, Thorsvang 6, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark. CVR: 44737086). Below you will find our return policy, which contains detailed information about your rights and obligations, as well as the terms that apply to returns with us. These terms are designed in accordance with applicable Danish law to protect both the consumer and the company.

Zido.dk reserves the right to change this return policy without notice. We therefore recommend that you stay updated by reviewing the terms regularly, as the terms applicable at the time of purchase will always be the terms applicable to your order.

If you wish to return an item, please send it to ZIDO's return address: Zido c/o Ackro, Smedeland 9, 2600 Glostrup. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and are free to choose your carrier (DAO, GLS, PostNord, etc.). It is very important that you clearly state your order number on the shipping label - otherwise, we cannot process your return. You can read more by clicking here.

2. Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return is granted on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Important: The customer covers ALL return expenses if an order contains the same item in three different sizes or two different colors. This is for environmental reasons. We, therefore, recommend that you always carefully check our size guide before ordering to minimize the risk of incorrect orders. You can find Zido’s size guide here.

Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Notice of wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@zido.dk . The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches its destination.

3. Condition of the item upon return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, characteristics, and function. This means you may try on the item in the same way you would if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Zido.dk to assess the condition of the item.

When returning items, it is a requirement that the product is returned in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact and without signs of damage or wear, and any labels and accessories that came with the item must also be included. Original packaging is an important part of the product's overall value, and missing or damaged packaging may result in a reduction in the refunded amount. To ensure a smooth process and the best possible refund, it is recommended to handle the product and packaging with care until you are certain you wish to keep the item.

4. Right to Complain

A 2-year right to complain about products is granted in accordance with Danish consumer law.

The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding faults and defects must be notified to Zido.dk within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right to complain lapses in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Zido.dk covers reasonable return costs

Complaints are not accepted if they are sent COD (cash on delivery).

7. Complaint Options

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can bring the complaint before the Consumer Complaints Board.

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for complaining that the product or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The monetary limits may change. You must pay a fee to have the complaint processed.

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
