Competition policy
Competitions are organized by ZIDO.dk (Leveragi ApS, Thorsvang 6, 3400 Hillerød, Denmark. CVR: 44737086). Participation in competitions is free and not conditional on purchase, unless otherwise stated.
For competitions on Facebook or Instagram, ZIDO is neither administered, sponsored, nor associated with these platforms, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By participating in competitions, you accept the following terms and conditions. If these are violated, the right to win a prize is forfeited. All competitions comply with applicable Danish law.
We reserve the right to update this policy and recommend that you review it regularly for changes.
1. Participation
Competitions are open to everyone over 18 years of age residing in Denmark.
Employees of ZIDO or affiliated companies may not participate.
Specific participation information can be found in the terms of each individual competition.
The winner is solely responsible for any payment of tax or customs duties in accordance with applicable legislation.
2. Method of Participation
Participation is by following the instructions, which may include liking posts, sharing content, or answering questions, as specified in the competition post.
3. Competition Period
The competition's end date is stated in the post. All entries must be submitted by this date to be valid.
Winners will be drawn and announced immediately after the competition ends.
4. Drawing of Winners
Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram, Facebook, or email, depending on where the competition was held.
By participating in competitions on Facebook or Instagram, you simultaneously agree that we may contact you through these platforms in connection with your participation, and that your name may be published on the relevant platform in connection with the announcement of the winner/winners.
A minimum of 10 participants in a competition is necessary before a prize can be awarded.
Zido.dk reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances arise that require this, without the participant being able to raise any claim against zido.dk.
5. Prizes
Prizes will always be described in the competition post, including type and quantity.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Zido.dk reserves the right to change the prizes if necessary.
If prizes in the form of shoes or clothing are sold out, the winner/winners will have the opportunity to choose a new prize of equivalent value on zido.dk.
Gift cards and discount codes can only be used on zido.dk, unless otherwise specifically stated.
Cash discounts are always deducted from the lowest price and must be used at once – unused remaining amounts are forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes in the form of shoes and clothing cannot be exchanged/returned.
6. Use of Personal Data
When you participate in a competition, you consent to the entered information being registered and stored by ZIDO.
The information will only be used in connection with the competition and will be stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Data is only stored as long as there is a legitimate reason to do so, and you have the right to access all data registered about you.

7. Liability
Zido.dk is not responsible for technical problems that may arise during participation in the competition, including, but not limited to, problems with internet connection or technical errors on social media platforms.
